URA history (From August 2015 meeting notes)

Concerns about the collective being influenced by white culture, (setting agendas, decisions about money, etc) black participation was decreasing in the collective, brown/red caucus wanted to have space to continue and deepen caucus conversations, Black caucus decided to organize separately from URA and seek their own funding for independent trainings.
